Cook
the
milk
with
sugar
and
cardamom
powder
on
low
heat.
Dissolve
corn
flour
in
a
little
water
and
add
to
the
milk
thoroughly.
When
it
becomes
thick
add
chopped
almonds
khoya
ans
pistachio
and
cook
for
a
few
minutes.
When
cool
add
food
colour.
Pour
it
in
an
airtight
box
or
in
kulfi
moulds
and
put
in
the
freezer.
Cook
small
pieces
of
noodles
in
boiling
water
on
medium
heat
till
the
noodles
are
tender,
then
strain
with
cold
water.
While
serving
the
ice
cream
keep
the
noodles
around
the
ice
cream
in
the
serving
dish.
