RECIPE:-
Cut the meat
into 1/2 thick slices. Take a muslim piece and tie javantri, jaifal
,viriari and all Garam masala. IN a Pot fry onion in ghee until
light brown. add meat and pounded ginger and fry well. Now put the
red chili power and all the other Masala and fry it for a little
while. Then add enough water to bowl the beef properly and add the
Muslim bag to it. When the beef is tender, make a paste of flour in
water and add to the the nihari to make the gravy thick. Serve with coriander
leaves, green chilies, think slices of ginger and lemon.
