Chicken Broast

INGREDIENTS

Chicken 1 Full
Ginger/Garlic 2 Tbs.
Dhuniya 2 Tbs.
Vinegar 1 Tbs.
Chili Power 2 tsp.
Tomato Sauce 1/2 Cup
Cummins 1 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Oil 2 Cups.
Water 1/2 Cup.
How to Prepare?

Cut chicken in small pieces. Wash and drain. Add all in ingredients and the chicken into a pot and cook till the water dries up and chicken is tender. then put oil in  a fry pan. When the oil is very hot fry the chicken pieces, a few at a time. Once all the chicken is fried and remove pore the oil into the pot in which the chicken was cooked and braise the remaining masala well. Pore this over the fried chicken. Garnish with coriander leaves and fried onions if desired.
