INGREDIENTS

Aalo 1/2 kg
Matar  1 cups
Chicken  1/2 cup or to taste
Salt To taste
Black peppers 1/2 table spoon
Mint leaves  1/2 bunch
Green Chilis 4 or 5 nos
Corn flour  1 table spoon
Bread cramps   For Covered
Egg 1 Egg
Oil To Fry
First of all u take the boil aalo and mash it very somtly . then we add salt , black peper , mint leaves,corn flour,boil matar ,chicken and mix well .after you give the shape of aalo so you take the bread cramps and covered aalo and then you covered egg and then you fry it with oil.Your aalo kabab is ready.
